On Sunday we must go to Mom's for St. Patrick Day.

So it's today or Monday morning or some other day before the meet and greet.

Okay that's cool. I have to work a bit today. Trying to get moving. It's not really happening to quickly. So Monday it still is. I wish I could get all my stuff done and head out there today. But so not possible. See you Monday. I may not be able to eat though. My boss will be trailing behind to help me and my co-worker at the store.

No problem just slow down and I'll toss it in the window. It'll look like a drug deal instead of arms trading.

Lol I am telling him I am picking up parts! Lol. He is a girly guy. Not gay but always clean. Lol. I showed him a pic of the jeep all muddy and told him I painted it. He said he didn't care for that color. Lol. And why did I do that he liked the green better.

Thank you two again for doing this. This is what the forum ought to be. And what I hoped the clubhouse would become.

No problem, I didn't need it so it went where it was needed. Kinda like that guy who gave away some D44 skid plates the other day.

Two folks got something they needed for free. Two folks got the joy of giving and everybody involved got just a little extra happy in their life.

Looking at another house today !! I thought buying a house was gonna be fun ? It sucks with the market the way it is for buyers right now ... If I only had enough cash I would probably have one already because the cash offers are getting all the houses .....

Just went through that a few months ago. Took about 6 months to get a house but the wait was worth it. We just had our loan money lined up and well documented so when we found "The house" We slithered right in.

Couple hard learned lessons to share.

1, Get your loan docs and letters from the lender all lined up so the selling bank knows you are solid money wise.

2, Never ever even think about a BofA foreclosure. They want full price for a jacked up house and they fix nothing.

4, Check Wells Fargo foreclosures. They fix them up and offer them for a week or two to owner occupiers before they open it to investors.

5, be patient and work the internet free MLS and bank forclosure lists. In the end you will find your perfect house.

Yeah only steel. I know weights always an issue, but I like the strength on those parts that seem to get slammed so often. Haha

I am not sure I am up to that yet? At least not all by myself. Although I was thinking of maybe taking a beginning auto shop class. Maybe that'll man up my girlyness a bit. Lol

I keep trying to get my wife out on the trail but she says she doesn't want to bounce around all day. I know she'd love it if she'd come. Although I'd probably have to let her drive. That's how I sold her on our boat. She loves to drive that thing.

I brought my mom once. It was a terrible experience she was literally in tears. She thought the jeep was gonna tip over
