I have a friend he does high end cars. It would take him a month to paint that piece but it would be perfection like you wouldn't believe.
I made the over head just because I looked at the bolt on stuff and didn't like the lay out. On this one I was able to stager the switches like a rally car.
Using a tail/ brake light it gives me two settings and because its red it will help me keep my night vision.

They are right. After 9 months of house hunting and going in and out of escrows we walked into a house and knew it was the one. Got it with no drama and are happily here.
It took us 9 months to find my daughter & son in laws house. We looked at so many most of what we looked at were short sales. We made 5 different offers. 3 were declined because we were paying cash and the owners wanted to stay for 60-90 days and cash buyers usually want short escrows.

Unbelievable that these people have screwed the lenders out of what they borrowed and then have the nerve to want 60-90 days to stay for free.

2 houses we put offers on and someone came along and paid 20-40,000 more than the asking price.

We finally ended up with an amazing place for the kids. It's a 1,900 sq. ft house with a 250 sq ft addition and a 1,400. sq ft granny unit on an acre, on a cul de sac. The issue was both the addition and granny unit aren't finished and permits have expired.

Because of that the appraiser couldn't include them in the appraisal and no bank would lend on the property. A cash buyer was the only way it would sell,.

It was a short sale and we went thru hell. The owner ended up squatting in the back house and we had to move him. He threatened to back out at the last minute on the sale and we ended up with a 1 day escrow.

In the end, we gutted and re-modeled the house and it's gorgeous. The kids have an awesome piece of property in a great neighborhood, we will get the construction done and they can rent out the back house and have no monthly payment out of pocket.

We paid 310,000 and the house across the street with same specs is on the market for 460,000

I haven't had the windows in for about a month. But I don't ever take my top all the way off. When I want it off I just lay it down. Benefits of a soft top.

I sold a orbital valve on this forum it was quick and easy. I guess a gas can attracts a different buyer.
I bought a can not to long ago. So sorry other wise I would pick it off of you.
