I hate those kind of days. Seems like everything is a job and goes sideways or backwards.

Well I ordered new shocks to replace the one I blew out last weekend at Cougar Buttes. Decided to upgrade to Fox 2.0 IFP's, then while I'm at it I found some used Currie 4" springs on CL so will bump the lift a bit. Who needs a set of front Teraflex 3" and procomp 2" rear springs? I'll make ya a good deal.

Ya, there's a few things she's screwed up

Not sure where the clams come from anymore, but the rest of the chowder is made in the restaurants I go to. Now you've brought it up I think I'll go get a bowl for dinner

It's still good. Had some while we camped there. They had time to perfect it. Only thing is the line to get the chowder from that famous place.

My buddy dave tells a story about going to pismo for chowder and when leaving the place saw huge empty cans of "I believe" Smart and Final chowder being put in the dumpster.

That's Splash Cafe. I don't care for their clam chowder, I think the little place a couple blocks down from them is better. It's Pismo Beach Fish & Chips. They are one of the oldest places in town and all their food is delicious. We also have a little place in Nipomo called The Rock and their chowder is very, very good also.

One thing about this area, there is no lack of good places to eat

There are a couple restaurants that probably do use canned. That's the good thing about living here, I know where not to go eat.

Our friends just opened a restaurant downtown Pismo, it's a gourmet potato chip place and has gotten fantastic reviews. I feel bad that I haven't had a chance to go eat there yet, apparently they are doing really well.

It's called, "Chip-Wrecked" Catchy name
