No these are wheel spacers for his new shoes. You already flex and clear so you don't need them. You just need a locker.

You got a 35 so something that locks on command not locked all the time. Although I ran a thread on another forum asking 35 owners how many had broken and more guys were running locked and 33's with no problems than all the broken ones combined. If you did a Super 35 kit then anyone you want. Or at least Chromo axles in the rear.

So they were running locked all the time without ever breaking axle

Some were, some no. But what it showed was that the 35 is not as weak as they make it out to be. If you put in chromos and I would say a selectable locker, you would be OK. Any kind of full locker would be bad on ice. But some had aussies front and rear that had no icy conditions.

Here are axles for yours but they are 30 spline so it needs a 30 spline carrier. I am looking.

You do. Not a big one but you do need onboard air. Maybe a Viair 450 so you could air up your tires also.

If you want a locker and chromos, you should really think about getting the superior setup. You get a locker ( of your choice I think, someone plz correct me) and chromo shafts.

Maybe. Superior has been out of stock a lot lately. If they have stock on a non c clip then it would be the preferred.
