There is just no hope for my yards. I trimmed everything, fertilized and have been watering the heck out of it. Now they are giving us frost warnings for tonight The worse time to freeze is when everything has new sprouts and is damp, it's ridiculous.

Wooohoooo! I'm finally dropping off my front Rubi D-44 at JPI for a set of gears on Friday. Once that's done I'm almost ready for the install.

I started to tear apart my dana 30 to replace both axle seals. Parts store didn't have them so they'll get them for me tomorrow. Went to harbor freight to get the axle seal tool, makes everything so much more easier. Hopefully tomorrow i clear out the seal on the passenger side. No more leaks and so far my stock axle shafts have held to the abuse that I've put them through on the 35's. hopefully tomorrow i clear out the seal and I'll leave the assembly part for the weekend.

The reason I ask is I run the same. If I can get away on 35's then that's what I may just do.

I have the stock d30 and a rear 8.8. The d30 is locked on stock axle shafts, everyone that has seen me wheel knows that I give it a beating.

I guess its a seal driver. Kinda like aluminum pucks and a handle to slide the seal in. It was like $30something bucks. I slid the old seal back in to try it out and it goes in fairly easy. The guy at the counter gives me a good discount on parts since I've known him for a very long time. I will contact you when I'm ready to put a locker on the rear. But for know I'm on a really tight budget. Thanks.

The Old Man Emu lift is finally installed.

Now that I have more than 1inch of front axle flex. It's time to hit the trail.

I had to replace my seals about two weeks after I had gears done. At first I was pissed but then I figured it was an oppertunity to learn something new. When i was done i was pissed again because it was a super easy job and should have been done when my gears were done. Anyway, if you need a hand or any tips let me know.

Ugh omg sprint is having issues. Can't make calls or send texts. This is not nice if them. Oh well at least I have a portable wifi to take along so I still have contact with the world. They said it would be back up in a couple hours. But still an inconvenience.
