Is that a positive on the suspension set up for rock crawling, or a negative?

Sorry to hear about the ex, it's a nice thing your Grandson is able to spend time with him before he passes. We know how much Grandkids mean to us, I didn't get it until Caleb came along.

Have a safe trip, enjoy the travels with the Grandson and the time together. Maybe a tiny bit of positive in a negative situation.

Lisa

Sweet! Now make sure you don't over tighten any bolts because it will bend slightly if you do. Otherwise an easy install and it was fun to do with my son, although nerve racking to cut holes in a perfectly good hood. Haha

Hi Lisa
The jeep looks like it is running SOA along with arched springs and longer shackles it seems to me to be pretty high. Maybe to run paddles? I would check with Dennis. Gonna go look at the black ones picture to compare.

Lisa the thing has a grand in shocks alone. It looks like 7 or 8 inches of lift. It could be a great deal if you want a stick in the rocks. Not for me. I like my auto..

So the Mac cost you a little more even after you bought it, lol. I'm seriously considering switching over also. My daughter has an amazing Mac (Mike bought it for her ) She loves it and has been trying to convert me. Maybe if I can get him to buy me one I will consider it, haha.

I spent my sick day today researching the SOA pros & cons, I learned quite a bit.....between naps

I'm pretty sure being a local rig, it has at least spent some time in the dunes. Paddles are a good possibility.

I wasn't looking at it from a prospective purchase when I saw it at the hardware store. If we go look at it I will have a different perspective now and look much closer.

I would definitely have Dennis give it a thorough once over before buying. Probably do that with anything I consider.

I'm fine with a stick, I won't be shifting it in heels so it's not a problem for me Mike may have other ideas, I sent him a text to look at it today, haven't talked to him about it. Heck I haven't seen him since yesterday afternoon. Late night of paperwork and early morning meeting

One of Mikes favorite terms, he feels like he's really pulling one over on the State
