I felt like that about mine until yesterday when i heard the CAD seal pop into place. The heavens had mercy on my soul for the tormenting they caused for the past week. Now i have new seal, new hubs and an assemble jeep.

Ya I totally sympathize with everyone who has ever had an issue. I should've went to JPI in the first place! Thought I could save myself a day away from work. Not! Oh well lesson learned!

That's probably ur best bet...
but it sounds like the spider gears moved in the carrier ...its a simple fix but u'll need to pull the diff cover...and line them back up so the axle will slide back into the spider gear..

Hey guys. That axle on the left looks broken to me. The splines are way to short. And there are no marks where the splines were working inside the spiders like on the right. The splined part is just too short. Shiny face and no hole in the end.

I thought the same thing but wasn't 100% sure. Stan will get it knocked out no problem.

Yup. Plus the end was ground on an angle and no reliefs for starting the splines into the spider. She needs stan.

Sorry rhonda. I had just got home. Your sure keeping a good sense of humor about this. I am afraid I would be back down at the place who did the axle bearings. Cause it sure looks wrong to me.

Already working in that!! Lol picked up sliders last week from him. Bought some other things. Was waiting a pay day or two for rear shocks and disconnects.

Stan was great enough to call me last night he said the axel may be an after market axel which could look different. And napa closed at 6 so I couldn't call them last night. But it's on my list for the day. Believe me $50 bucks for the bearings and $100 for the press. Although Stan also said maybe he wasn't lining everything up right too

It was a real simple install I'd say the hardest part was drilling and screwing the hundred bolts haha. It's on my list to do for my yj haha.

My middle name Richelle has been replaced with BadLuck lol. It's all good boss isn't an ass today thank god and is giving me a vacation day Monday to get the jeep done. My only issue is finding a ride down so I don't have to ride with the tow guy. Lol.

Btw happy Friday it's a new day.

Hi Mo. I got mine but I find that the world is such a loud place when I wear them. But it is suprising on just how much I miss out on when I don't.
