What is the rule for carry in a jeep. You have no trunk to put stuff in. How do you separate it from the ammo?

As long it is not readily accesible ur ok its like when u have a truck. So u can have ur rifle hanging like in a truck but keep the clips with ammo in a pouch. Just dont have loaded
