If we lived closer to good places to wheel like you guys do I would just leave the MTR's on. Unfortunately, we have to drive 4 hours or more to get anywhere
Your going to really like those Goodyears off road Lisa. Mine just seem to stick in the mud and claw in rocks. I got to do a pretty big sand hill at Borrego springs a few times and they did just fine. I run my 35's at 12 psi and have an 8 inch wheel. Same with Dusty dave. His worked like a champ too.

I had talked about it with Dennis when we first built the Jeep, but due to my high amount of highway and daily driving we decided to go with the Duratracs. I love them and I'm really happy I went with them, but after our last outing and talking to Stan, I can see where the MTR's will be the way to go for wheeling purposes.

It will keep my wheels from getting further rock rash also, the Teflon is awesome for cleaning and it hides the marks I have pretty well. I just want basic inexpensive wheels I won't cringe when I hear that scrape

With all the protection under the Jeep and the wheels, I'll be smiling away when I hear all that scraping and crunching going on

The tire shop we do all our business through for our delivery trucks and personal vehicles will swap them out for me for no charge. They rotate, balance and align it for me for free since I buy everything from them. Plus, my car alone cost $1,600. to put tires on and they only last 25,000-28,000 miles so I'm a good customer

He has amazing tolerance for taking the ribbing. I would bet he's putting munchkins to bed and maybe doing laundry, he gets Dad of year award in my book

One more trip out to Stan's for more buildup. Axle sleeves and gussets, cro-moly axles, control arm skids, Ridler diff covers, rear diff armor. Getting some Dually D2s for possible night runs. Pockets just about empty! Looking forward to Calico.....

Yup it looks beautiful from the beach. If we get elmo's jeep running good then he can rent it out to the police. They can use it as a battering ram on crack houses. Put a hook on the stinger, then crunch it and yank away.
