Yea I've got the crappy 10 spline 205. It was just to get it back on the road and stuff. I want to do a doubler which I'll need the 32 spline to keep it all together with the weight and that mean torque curve.

I just hope my Jeep lasts until Caleb is old enough to drive, lol. He's determined it's going to be his and I don't see that changing over the next 15 years

Not unless it comes in Orange Crush. Even at daycare when he picks a color for paint he grabs orange and says it's the same as Grandmas Jeep His Monster truck birthday cake has a big orange truck on it too.....he picked the color, haha.

He's a piece of work, I told Amanda I feel sorry for the baby because Caleb is a hard act to follow

My 5 yo also wants an orange Jeep. He likes Jeeps already, but gets really excited when he sees an orange one.

It would be cool to see your son and Caleb out on the trail in their orange Jeeps in 15 years. I pray I'm around to see those times

Caleb is the only one Grandma would give her Jeep to, but then again I have Mikes so I wouldn't really be Jeepless. Haha

Yeah mike has a pretty awesome Jeep going there. It really has most of the basics covered. How about a couple of pictures of what he has done since we saw it last time. I haven't seen it with lights and stuff yet.

That would be really cool. I'm definitely encouraging my boys to be Jeepers. I'd like their first vehicles to be Jeeps. Not so sure my wife is on board, but I like to play the 'family' angle which my wife does like.

My first car was given to me by my grandpa -- an '81 Mustang. Unfortunately for me, my grandpa wasn't much of a horsepower person. Even though he worked for Ford as an engineer, he had the 4 cylinder Mustang.

Mine was a 53 De Soto with a blown piston. I rebuilt the motor with my dad's help and sold it for a profit. I was 13. I bought a 31 Ford pickup next sold it for more money and it was on from there. I must have had 10 cars by the time I was 17 and went into the Marines

Mike cleared out the garage at the yard (our business yard) and parked his jeep and Harley in there. The jerk took the only garage door opener so I can't get to it also, lol. I'll sneak some pics when I can though

Hey you might want to keep an eye on the bank....This is the oldest trick in the book when one may feel the need to do some mods on the down low...lol

Hope you have a good Mother's day too by the way.

Thank you! Luckily he's been very busy dealing with his parents and the business. He hasn't even had a chance to have tires put on the Jeep, but he has gotten a little extra cash lately so I better keep an eye on him, haha.

Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there and thank you for all the hard work you do. So Happy Mothers Day Berit, Candy, and Anna. I want to put a big shout out to Steffen Kjellberg @ The Lime Light View - he made a documentary about my son's last two years since his crash at X-Games in 2012. He did an awesome job! If you have a few minutes, check it out. Mark.

Great son Mark.. You need to bring him on a Jeep run. I can somewhat relate to his recovery. I happen to have a rod in my left femur from a motorcycle accident in the desert 11 years ago. It definitely does change you after dealing with the issue. Tell Candy happy mothers day from Jim and Debra. See you on the trail.

Amazing video Mark, it's good to see your son is recovering so well.

Well I got my jeep washed and played mechanic on my car. I took the throttle body out and cleaned the heck out of it. It was really dirty. I test drove the car and it really made a difference. The rpms stayed pretty steady so I'll take it in this week for
Another shot at getting it smogged. I need a manicure first though, lol. Now I'm off to the beach for a drink and snack with my sweetie....yes I mean Mike

Video puts into perspective when a professional athlete who prepares his whole life for the sport he loves, has a career ending injury and the question of what next. Hoping it all works out.

So this is how we spent mother's day. I had been wanting to take my wife out on a run with her jeep. I talked to several misfits about it and we headed to Cleghorn on Sunday. She had a blast and she did great. Click image for larger version

Update #3 (I think)

OK, what we have here is a hole in the bottom of the lifter, weird. I will try to get the pic posted. The others looked OK BTW.

Spent the weekend in the LA area, had to see my DR on Friday to get one of my skin cancers cut out and he wanted me to stay in the area in case of bleeding. All good for now, go down again Friday to get the stiches removed then the following Friday for the second surgery, man are we racking up the miles!

Wear your sunscreen guys and gals!
