I'm giving the Jeep a good bath and then going to do some much needed yard work. At least the weather is still nice, it's supposed to get cold again this coming week

It's supposed to get around 73 here today, that's pretty nice. By Wed. back down in the 50s' though. I don't care if it's cold if we would just get some rain. I figure if I was the Jeep today and the G tomorrow that will surely make it rain next week

I'm Back. We had a blast. Spent the whole time in the training course section. Running rocks, climbing rocks, cement inclines, concrete pipes. rutted axle swallowing holes inclines and descent's.
Had a nice picnic area where they had kids on electric quads, picnic tables, toilets and all within a few square acres. Almost had the place to ourselves.

That was quick. It's a nice place I just don't like all the rangers playing mommy all the time. Some are cool but the younger ones are kinda bossy.

Marcus did an OK job at Catcher, a good job at battling 2/3, and great at pitching! 4 strike outs, 3 forced flies and one guy looking. The still lost due errors.

Today would have been opening day for my girl too but she broke her thumb on the first day of practice.

Wow how's she doing?

Watch out San Diego! It's time to party. Friends got a party limo and VIP set up along the way and I'm obligated to go cause I got a sitter! In all honesty I was kind of stoked about going to be early

I think so. He seams like a cool guy, but I'm a horrible judge if character so he might be a serial killer.

Well it must be Springtime in Pismo!

While driving to dinner tonight I saw the most hideous truck I've seen in a while. It was a newer GMC 4 door long bed, it had a body lift that had to be a good 10" or more. Of course the suspension was sitting about 6" off the ground, his differentials wouldn't even clear a curb.

Then there was the wheels.......oh lord the wheels Chrome (of course) had to be 20" with low profile......yes low profile, tires on them. He did have Fox shocks.....lol, only good thing I could think of to say

These are the types of trucks I see on a regular basis heading out to the dunes. The best part is driving out there and seeing them all getting stuck. They spend all this money on shiny chrome suspension that is completely useless.

It was dark and my phone was in the back or I would have gotten pictures to give everyone a good laugh. I think I'm going to start a collection of, "thread of shame" pictures. You all would cringe

I would love to do a Pismo weekend. They have camping or motels right at the beach entrance. If it was an off peak weekend it wouldn't be too expensive.
