The build sheet for this axle is.. 60" wide, big bearings, shaved and loaded with 35 splined chromos , ARB on a Yukon HD drop out with 583 gearz and disc breaks...still need to fabb a small and tight fitting truss...

It'll be nice....I wished I'd built one of these for my Willy's Wagon instead of the d60....
It seams much lighter...and has more clearance too....but with 40" on the Wagon I don't think it'll mater much...lol

Im not sure what my next axles gonna be yet but id definetly like to get rid of my wannabe 44s one day. Im thinking no bigger then 37" on my TJ. Btw, why have i never seen this willys wagon?

On a side note im considering more and more an AW4 swap.. im tired of rowing gears especially after doing it all week in traffic. Lol. Only thing is the cost. I might start buying bits and parts though. I do have that 50% off B&M certificate but i dont think they have any AW4 stuff, maybe ill get a cooler.

After today's run with Steve, I'm buying bushings to make a oil pan/trans skid. Hopefully I can get around to building it the first week in December. Got a small little debt in mine today after my tires slipped off a rock.

And now I've got the parts for the skid, just need time to fab it. And in January I'm doing true high steer with heims. Should come out pretty good. Put my 35s on and noticed a slight wobble so my factory JK steering has taken a beating.
