Thank you, but you know you need to do it for you and your kids. We're just here to help support you and give you crap every chance we can

You do not want to miss out on all the amazing memories your going to have with your kids and grandkid's in the future.
I must be confused then. But that's nothing new. Lol.

And I'm hoping that when grand children come along, that I'll like them more than I do my own kids. Don't get me wrong, I love my kids. I just don't like them very much. Lol

Oh you will, they are much more fun and you can give them back so you sleep all night. Plus they always behave better for us than their parents

Night-night Rob

Since yesterday when the Doc told me that those little twinges of pain I get in my chest are probably the onset of a major coronary event. He figures if I don't do something now, I've got 4-5 years left before I drop dead of either a stroke or a heart attack.

Well now, we can't have that. Too many places to go and things to do. Not enough time in a 5 year time span......so, I'm sure I speak for all of us who love you, what are you changing today?

Let's live the life of Robbie today...whatcha eatin'? Drinkin? Any exercise in there?

This ain't your grandmas bunko Mr. We drink wine and socialize, everyone is under 55. It's a pretty good group, just a bummer that I have to drive 45 minutes to get there.

Oh, and if memory serves me right, we are the same age
I have family in orcutt ...guess that means PISMO RUN!!! :-)

Well let's see, I had one egg on unbuttered wheat toast for breakfast with a banana. And a glass of OJ. I did some light weights and 50 sit ups. And I'm cutting back on my monsters. It's a start.

I can beat that. Woke up at 2am, won't be home until 4 pm and need to do some running around and the pack for the weekend. But at least I'm going wheeling. ;-)

Picked up an extra shift today, looks like a 50+ hour work week. I've been thinking about the direction I want to go with the Jeep, and I think I'm going to swap in a D44 in the rear, lock it, and gear it. That way I can do my own work while still being able to drive around.

Rob,
I don't want to scare you but if you kick the bucket out on the trails, think of who might be giving you mouth to mouth!

Good job, you've got to start somewhere. It's always easier to stick with something if you do it in small steps and make those habits, then add more good habits as you go along

Yeah, I don't think I can push as hard on the weight loss this time as I did last time. The heart may not like it. So yeah, baby steps.

Just do what you can and be consistent, in time you will be able to hit it harder. The heart is a muscle and it has to be conditioned like others, the important thing is don't give up

If it's mouth to mouth from a dude, do me a favor. Let me die. No matter how much pain I appear to be in. Lol.

So the powers that be took pity on me today. The boss took one look at me, asked how I felt, tired and sore, and sent me home.

BTW, just kidding about letting me die.
