For sure, I've found that its harder to find companies that actually stock parts and accessories. We used to order Rock Krawler suspension systems and have them in two days, now its a minimum of two weeks. All built to order, kinda like...Atlas!

You should try dealing with the idiots who build a Jeep online that only exists in their head, then randomly show up at the dealer, and get upset that we don't have it already in stock. Then they want you to lose money to sell it to them. F that!!! I've got to eat too.

That's me. I have a ton of ideas of what I want or think a jeep should be. Just no money. So I just build it in my head and shop Craigslist for second hand stuff. Just did my taxes. I made 30% less than two years ago and this year I'm even looking at less. The good thing is I'm selling my other dirt toys and that will be for jeep mods.

That's the American way. Work more and make less. I'm in the same boat this year. However, I will still be ordering my Atlas Friday. Screw it.

Work harder, make less, go deeper in debt. So who do you know that wants a new Jeep? Lol. We're still doing back of invoice pricing. WTF? How much money can we lose? Lol.

Me. I do. Right here. I'd love a 10th anniversary Rubicon. White or grey. Manual. 2 Door. Even Debbie likes them and the new wheels.

But it aint going to happen. Not with Nicole in college.

But on the + side I work with lots of folks and if ANY of them mentions anything about a truck or jeep I will send them your way.

It's okay Rich, you can't even order a 10th Anniversary Rubicon yet. Lol. Besides, you're rig is awesome as is.

And I appreciate every referral I can get. So much so in fact, that I'll pay a $50.00 referral fee for every funded deal you send me.

Thanks

One quick question, is your rear axle going to take the added stress from the new atlas? Your going to have a badass jeep with that gear box.

If you rock crawl her, go with MTR's. Best rated.

I don't think it's just the Jeep that's the reason I follow you around the trails. It's the way you use it. That's what counts the most to me. Now could March 8 hurry up and get here already? Lol

And if you don't, you can't go wrong with BFG's or Mickey's.

I had Mickey MTZ's and loved them..but I do more rocks than anything so went with the MTR's with Kevlar. The Mickeys are a softer tire but performed well on the rocks for me as well. I'll be sticking with the MTR's from here on out. Need the sidewall protection.

Diff covers are installed and I'm still happily married

We had a couple friends that wanted to hang out and help with the Jeep today, I admit that made it 100% less stressful.

Because I have the Rock Hard front bumper we had to get and install special brackets for the tow bar. Luckily Sarah and I have small hands, there was no way the guys could have gotten the brackets on without taking out the winch.

Charlie re-torqued all the bolts on the underside of the Jeep, I had a couple little rattles that are gone

I did discover a big uh-oh with the wiring harness that was supposed to be installed to tow the Jeep behind the Motorhome. I gave it to Dennis when I dropped the Jeep off. I could have sworn he told me where the plug was and I assumed it was installed.

I spent over an hour following wires and looking for it, it's not installed that I can see. I never got it back, so it's either at his shop somewhere or I'm just a dummy and don't see it under the front of the Jeep.

I'll stop by Monday to have him look for me. Good thing I found out now so I have time to deal with it.

The only thing left I will need Mikes help with is mounting my CB.

If I'm not mistaken, those mtz tires are made by Cooper. I have a set of Coopers Discovery STT. Have run then for a few months and (especially for their low price) I love them. I just got back from BB running them through snow and mud and they didn't disappoint me.

They have performed well for me on the wet paved roads, rocks, dirt, snow and mud. Read the reviews and make your decision. I paid less than $900 OTD for 4 of then installed.

Been very busy this last week.

It was White Mt and Dawn'O Day Cyn. Great snow plowing with lots of slushy muddy areas and scary icy climbs.

All in all a great time.
