Or, one last idea, we make it a day thing. Do it right there local at your beach. I'll pick you up and drop you off so you don't have to worry about drinking and driving.

I literally live 5 minutes from Emma but that's really far for some to come for just a few hours. I want everyone to be able to relax and do what they want and not have to worry about getting home, traffic etc. I'll post a thread and see where the interest lies...be cool to make some new friends as well..one can never have enough

That trailer was at last years Off Road Expo, it was like a transformer, unfolded with hydraulics! TVs, bar, music, lights, great for a Sunday BBQ!

Maybe I'll just put a bed in the suspension room, I'm there 7 days a week anyway. I can't get enough of that place!

The last time I was at your shop, it was obvious how much busier your shop was. BTW, congratulations to you guys for that.

If you keep working so hard and grow your business as it has the last several months, it may be time to move to a larger space or buy that building and expand.

From our perspective, it is a beautiful thing to see a business grow as you guys are growing. Some would just say "oh, those JPi folks are so lucky." But those people too often only focus on the fruits of your/our labor and not what you/we may have had to sacrifice to get there.

You hit the nail on the head Bernie. So many times people don't see the whole picture. We experienced that when construction was going crazy and we opened a third store. People don't realize Mike and I went days without seeing each other except passing in the driveway. Family sacrifices are the biggest and the least noticed by others.
Stan....no bed in the shop!! Lol

Thanks Bernie, it is so much work, but getting to wheel with our customers and yak with them on this forum is the reward. I like your perspective.

You know, I love what I do. But the micro management we put up with at our dealership is unbelievable.

Well..from what I understand, Stan doesn't want to put an Atlas on a weak ass tranny. So, we are looking for NV3550/241 combo, AX15/241 combo or separates that will work. That's where she stands as of now.

That's a good call and has been confirmed by all the research I have done, the Atlas us a beast and weighs about 120 lbs, which is about double the weight of your 231. The other problem is whether or not you can bolt up an ax15 or 3550 to the 4 cylinder. I just sold my 3550 to someone in a similar situation and he said there was an adapter needed, 241s can be hard to come by...I haven't heard enough bad things to scare me away from trying a Tera low

My friends on another forum have had their TLo's break on them..like 5 or 6 guys. Scared the crap out of me. But then I had a friend over earlier today and he said I'd be fine with it in my 4 banger...he's had no problems with his in over 5 years. It's like anything else I guess...there's also something about all the noise it makes?? Maybe I'll talk to Stan about it.

All I do know is, I need to crawl slower so I can at least keep 2 tires on the ground

Yeah that about sums up what I have heard, one guy blows it up the next guy has 7 years no problem. I think part of it is how high they rev them in lower gears, they don't like that. I have also heard what you have about them being very noisy when engaged, but that's probably because they have gears and not chain driven. I know you don't want to hear this but auto Trans helps much with crawling...I know what your reply will be to that as its the same one I had....it's a jeep and needs to be stick!!! I said that up until a month ago....

Okay. 1 new car down for no money. Mini. And working another one now. Used car, hopefully for some profit. Fingers crossed. I swear, when anybody you know is ready, have them come see me. We will lose money to sell a new car. Lol

I've got some real good and some real bad reviews on the TL kits. Since this is a daily driver and she has to travel so far to hit the trails, and the fact that I have to warranty the unit, I started looking at other options.
