I can't help it if these rocks in Calico just appear out of nowhere right in the path I decided to take. It's like if that place is haunted or something.

Well that is great to know, glad you are doing better. Little bit better every day and next thing you know we'll all be doing the L-shuffle with you.

Now listen here Lorie, I also need to go wheeling on the rocks, badly, so don't you go parting so hard that the world ends tomorrow.

The L shuffle. That has become the official name for it hasn't it? And go figure the world is supposed to end on my brithday! What's up with that?

So....February ..I'm going to post up a Gorman get together..just to visit, camp and do some easy non- rock crawling runs. By then, my back will be OK. Like early Feb for that. AND THEN......Calico March; Early March!!

Looks like Jeffs run is going to calico on march 22nd. Might be a bit close for me to do twice in one month. But the Feb one sounds like fun. Gotta save the old jeep for the gatekeeper.

All of it..be there all weekend. To make it more interesting, we'll run at night too. Gorman can be done with your eyes closed it's all so easy. I'm mainly going to put it together just to be able to spend time with wheeling friends and put the tires in some sort of dirt while I continue to heal from the surgery.

There's always the practice area as well. You can actually break your junk there if you tried. Hope you can make it!

I feel like I'm un-whole (is that a word? It is now heheheh) without wheeling..and especially Calico; as it's one of my favorite places to wheel. Gorman will put a Tiny bandaid on things..barely, kinda, maybe.

This ol' girl doesn't ride passenger!

I can drive just fine now. I just can't do any rock crawling yet. This weekend will make it 3 weeks since my surgery. I'd probably be OK hitting Calico in February, but I'll Never hear the end of it from Bernie if I don't follow doctor's orders.

Thanks tho Gonzo..thanks for the laugh LOL

By "hold back" do you mean not parking your TJ on top of a 24" log and then dancing on the hood with the stereo at full volume?

Just trying to get a grasp on your concept of "hold back."

News flash-- "hold back" are two words, I know, I just Googled it! You may "hold" on to something and you may have a "back." But when you combine the two it has a whole different meaning. One you have no business using to describe any part of you.

You don't do things half ass. Lorie, knowing that about you, I guess we won't run the Miller trail in Feb. Because, we both know you won't "hold back" from doing the bonus point(s) while you see me having all of the fun doing them.

That just proves our point. Federal government had to close the trail just to get you to "hold back" while you heel from surgery.

Well if the doctor is MALE I'm sure you would know better than him, even with all the schooling and his vast experience that he must have. BTW why did you chose him?

After all you're always right...what could a male doctor know over your vast wisdom!!

LOl Calm down Bernie..I promise I won't go crawling until probably February..errr, I mean March..BUT I honestly think I could go and be OK Before then. Just sayin'.

And I picked him b/c my chirpractor friend said that if he had to have surgery, he'd trust Dr. Abou-Samra (my doc). Over 30 years practicing. Good bedside manner, super nice guy..which is was.

Feb would probably be OK I'm going to ask again at my next appointment Jan 14th just to make sure.
