Thanks Bernie. I'll go with Mopar. Lol

So I'm already jonesing for the Rocks. But I did have a guy named Dave come in who has been hiding in the shadows on the forum as a guest show up at the lot today. We're going to order him a JKUR as soon as he sells his Fords. And I've got a guy coming in tomorrow to pick up his truck that he already put a deposit on. So yeah, at least I'm busy. But I need to Wheel. Soon!!!

That's great! Did Dave find you on the forum or just happen to come in to your place?

He's been lurking in the shadows on the forum as a guest. Following our threads. Lol. So he popped in at the dealership today to take a look at Jeeps. I saved him from having to jump through the retail sales hoops and introduced him to my partner who does the ordering. I only do that for forum people. It's the easiest way to get the great back of invoice deals. He seems like a really nice guy. I told him to sign up on the forum. We'll see. He's going to use the Jeep for hunting trips. Cool.

That's awesome. I ordered my Jeep since my salesman suggested it too. Plus I'm one of those pain in the ass picky customers and don't like anyone test driving or messing with my new cars

I've ordered the last 4 vehicles I've bought, I've found I always get better deals. You do have to be patient though, that's my toughest thing. Waited 4 months for my G35 and 3 for the Jeep. Both worth the wait

Salesmen don't hate me near as much as service dept. though, lol.

I once had a huge blowup with a Service writer at one of the local Ford dealerships. That night I went to Mikes softball game and damn if the guy wasn't on Mikes team!! He was a friend of a friend I guess, he almost looked scared when I walked up. Probably thought this crazy woman chewed my ass and then followed me

Too funny. I don't usually recommend it, but if the customer does, I'll make it happen. I have 3 Jeep stores, and if none of them have what you're looking for, I can usually dealer trade for it and have it in a couple of hours. Ordering it usually takes 6-8 weeks. Most people need instant gratification these days. I say, if it's worth having, and you have to have it your way, it's worth the wait.

And I bet you really were stalking him. Lol

Careful what you wish for!

So V has a slight case of Jeepitis. However, nothing our budget (especially this year) can't heal. If it were better fininacial times, I would so be seriously shopping for a CJ7 with a desiel engine in it for her right now.

I showed her one with 37's on it, she emediatly comes back with "that one--I like that one" with a huge grin on her face, also saying "step aside Lorie, there's a new JeepGirl in town" She is even looking for her own forum name to join in the forum fun.

Ok, so I embelished it a little, but I am sure that's what she meant, however, she was trying to come up with a clever forum name.

I may be riding passenger more often.

Hang in there B. And start saving your pennies. There may be a Diesel engine Wrangler available in the very near future. It's already in the Grand Cherokee.

That's so awesome Bernie! Tell her congratulations for me.

Just a suggestion, when and if you do end up looking for a second Jeep, expand your search to my area. It's surprising how many Jeeps end up for sale in this area. We don't have any good areas to rock crawl, but Dennis tells me he's constantly building Jeeps and people just take them on the fire roads around here.

Of course, you have to watch for the ones that hit Pismo all the time due to the rust and sand factor.

But just keep it in mind, I've seen some awesome rigs that Cal Poly students put mom & dad's money into and then just drive them around town

Not a problem Parker. Just bring Jess to see me when she's ready. We do custom orders all the time. Lol. And I'm still looking for Moms truck as well.

Oh we will be there when its time, might be just long enough out to get a diesel wrangler. I have to get you at least one sale through me right? I've only tried how many times? lol
Thanks man, she's in no big hurry right now, funds got a little tighter recently.

I know you will. No rush, no worries. And if I find a once in a lifetime deal on a truck for Mom, I'll let you know. It's how I found my Jeep. Lol

Just got done feeding Julie; Steve Harvey's producer who called me a little ways back some more pics. Every time we wheel, she gets 6-12 pics. Hopefully she gives me a callback soon..or she's going to run out of disk room on her PC. I am going to be the squeaky wheel. I must get on that show so some sort of offroad scout will see what I'm all about and capable of.

If there is a God

Jesus loves you has a completely different meaning when you're in Mexico. Lol. And it's funny that you say she's short and fat, but completely forgot that she's married. Not that I care either way. She's still got a pulse, right? Lmao!!! J/K... Terri and I are trying to work things out. So yeah, I have to behave. Somewhat. Lol
