Shortly after we married we got a couple dogs, an English Bulldog and a Boxer. We are well aware of their never ending level of energy. However, they are great dogs and great with kids too.

My neighbor had a beautiful one, she paid my son to take her running with us every morning. Aaron loved it, he made some money and was going anyhow.

I had a Yellow Lab (Buddy) at the time that ran with me, he and Cassie became best buddies. We share a fence between our houses and they would sleep on each side of it during the day......puppy love

Bernie, you need to bring the dogs more often when we go wheelin'. And Bruce is precious!

Whenever Mike and I get a suitcase out Leo instantly starts pouting. I swear that dog knows we're leaving and acts like a big baby. When my house sitter comes over to pick up the key he ignores me and loves on her, lol. Animals are so damn smart its scary.

Our weather has been gray. Crappy. Makes for a good excuse to take care of business around the house. And looking at our weather for HV this weekend, it went down a few degrees. I'm hoping it'll at least stay 75.

Yeah, Pepito is too small (I think) to go wheeling with us, with Bruce we'll have see about him. I am afraid that with the type of wheeling we do my little one will hurt himself in the Jeep. Plus, he'll always want to ride shotgun and it will piss Vanessa off to have him on her for most of the run--12 pounds gets really heave after a while.

I want to get an Australian cattle dog. They are really cool dogs and are really loyal. I think it would be a perfect wheeling dog.

I would love to being my beagle more but im worried she might get lost at camp, cause she follows her nose everywhere lol. Well that and she gets car sick haha

Scott (Kaisertod) had a great setup for Hurley his choc. Lab at Calico. He has a nice padded harness that has a hook on the top of the back. He hooks a leash to the center of the rollbar. He puts the seats down and has a big bed that goes the width of the Jeep and over the seatbacks. He does have a JKU so there's still plenty of cargo room.

Hurley rides comfortably back there and actually was sleeping some of the time. He doesn't get tossed around much and with no top or doors he was safe. I think even Leo could ride like that. He has such a bad leg I worry about him getting bumped around and hurting. Mike said he thinks Scott's setup would work for him, I need to find out what harness he used.

Anyone with a puppy may want to try something similar to get them trained to ride, just an idea

Maybe you should buy it Bob, and make it a gift to the family. I can barely afford gas. Oh yeah, and the whole I don't drink thing works against me buying a kegerator. Lol

And lots of customers. Sometimes being a business owner sucks. Been there, done that. Never enough hours in the day.
