Smile Video of Bullfrog Trail in Johnson Valley

11 of us went out to Johnson Valley and ran the bullfrog trail. The trail is pretty dificult to find if you've never been there but it was awesome. It's only 2.6 miles in length but it provides a good days of wheeling for a group of 11 Jeeps. Enjoy the video and let me know if anyone wants to head out that way...we'll get it going.

Nice video Bash, just curious after seeing one part of the video what lockers you're running, are you running a rear locker? One scene early in the video showed your front tire spinning but not the rear tire so I was wondering if the other rear tire was spinning.

I've not run that particular trail, how would you compare it to Sledgehammer and/or Sunbonnet? Those are the trails I am familiar with in JV.

Thanks Jerry!

I've never wheeled sledgehammer so I won't be able to compare. Regarding my Jeep...I don't have any lockers or LSD neither in the front or rear. My difffs are open.

If you installed a rear locker like a Detroit Locker into your rear D44 before your next trip there Bash, you'd go up that trail nearly effortlessly. A rear locker makes a HUGE improvement/difference on trails like that. It'd be pretty tough making it through Sledgehammer or Sunbonnet without a good locker... and likely impossible for some.
