Lightbulb Website Name

Hi everybody!

The last time I did this, I was looking for an unique Windshield Banner. That one ended GREAT! Thanks Yomondo Everybody gets a kick out of my IT'S JUST A ROCK, I'LL GET OVER IT" windshield banner ..in Pink of course

Long version short now, I am chasing this dream of making a living in my Jeep. I've got some things rolling now and I need to come up with a website name. It needs to be creative; and somehow feminine, so anyone looking at it, knows I am female.

I'm putting it out here, because the majority here are male. Your minds work differently, so who better to ask what you'd find interesting, than the ones themselves; men.

What website name would catch your eye and make you want to look at it? **Nothing explicit** I am trying to build a future with sponsors, travel, etc...

Many of you know me personally; if you don't, many know my personality through this site. I'm trying to come up with something that matches some of my passion!

Any ideas are welcomed!

Lorie

In a perfect world...perfect name.

I am really good friends with one of the guys who works at 4 wheel parts. I just did a huge write up on him and how awesome he was ..They published it. That was the 2nd time being in Offroad Adventures Magazine. Maybe I can talk to him about some stuff..

Here's a little list of possible names and just words that may fit into a website name.

VixxenWheelingwoman, Lorieontherocks, Loriewheelinonall4s.com,

Lorie'sjeeplife.com, wheelinwithlorieandjoanzie.com,

felinerockcrawler

getcrawling

Loriegoescrawlin

loriesworld

It's such a creative process. Mark is a creative guy. He's not just a tecky. He's got a huge background in writing and graphics. The website should be killer! I'm going to get in touch with the FDJG herself as well..link off eachother. There's a lot to do.

Maybe an inside track to some kind of sponsorship with the Mother Company. That would be cool. And why not? They spend tens of millions annually on sponsorship and advertising already. Corporate write offs and all. We'll see how things go. Love ya Sweetie. I've got work to do. Have a great day.

I like felinerockcrawler.com.

Will this be a site just for you? Or will it be for all girl Jeepers etc?

Other suggestions: crawlergirls, girlcrawlers, pinkcrawler. Might be too edgy though. But will catch eyes.

Please remember edgy sells and content all. Example Carl's Jr.

I do like "feline". I actually googled what animals were called if they were female. Feline struck a cord with me...

And the site is just for me. One of the goals here is to get sponsored, travel around everywhere, talk to the locals, find out the history of their trails and then run them. Talk about parts, mods, wrenching and how much fun it is. Kind of like my favorite show; Ghost Adventures, but instead of investigating buildings, I'll be on the trails

That's what I figure. Even if the name is misleading, may get more attention.

I put those on the list !

It's a total pipe dream; I know, but what else am I doing? Working a job that takes every fiber of my body to get up to go to every day. I see some of these new shows that are just so ridiculous on TV. I can only wonder why what I dream of doing isn't as interesting, if not better. The fact that I'm a girl doing this is what makes it a little different as well.

I want to do so much..promote products, instructional videos etc..there's so much to tap into. Maybe girls don't know a lot about it and how they can wrench with nails LOL That's actually one of the things Mark commented on..he got a laugh out of it and thought it was an interesting thing to share. Girls can wheel and wrench and still look like girls

I got the idea from "The bikini chef", which I hear advertised on the am side of the radio, which I'm probably the only one left that still listens to.

Now there you go! Like Girls on Rocks.
No offense (I don't think you take offense easily) I know you like pink- but from another standpoint I'd avoid anything with pink in the name or going too far that direction. Its annoying when anything and everything sports/wheeling related to women has freakin' pink or pastel on it. The whole sexist "girls don't wheel" thing is bad enough- let alone assuming because we're female we like pink. Or want to wear it. Tomboys unite!
Adding your name to the website address might cause a problem simply because of mis-spelling- until you get Googled enough people may not find the site.
You can go to Go Daddy to see what's been taken:
Domain Search | Advanced Domain Name Search Tool - GoDaddy
I also highly recommend this program:
WebPlus X6
I designed our entire 40 page site at my company using this program. A little but of a learning curve but it does a tremendous amount of cool stuff for $100.
Good luck!
