Hahahaha that is awesome, I need to head down and I will for sure!

I am in Maine this weekend, but I could do July 12th. I will keep my eyes open for the thread. You rock, thanks!

Where ya comin' from?

I do this trail clean up annually. It's a challenge to get a group going sometimes for Miller b/c so many live more than a couple hours away..but hell..every time I go wheeling, I have to drive a minimum of 3-3.5 hours 1 way, so I hope they'll make it out again this year. Last year, I had a good 15+ rigs show up and it was a TON of fun..if you've been reading any of the recent posts on my Family of Friends thread. Oh, and BTW..that thread is a chat thread to BS about everything and anything and make friends.

We all get out there with some clippers and/or machete type knifes and just hack back some brush so we can get through to the end where the creek is. It's a pretty trail; greener than Miller..wildlife etc. And ya just can't beat the company We Always have a good time! You won't be disappointed!

I will be driving down from San Fran area... the drive doesn't bother me and I have family down there. Sounds like a great time!

Word of warning JKTHOMPS - In my experience you will be lucky if all you do is end up wearing some blinking devil horns.

Still can't believe JF did that Jimbo, or should I say Black sheep! LOL! WF is indeed much friendlier, but JF does have great tech. I don't know what it is about NorCal. I guess we are just too uptight up here! Maybe too much oxygen or something, lol! I've tried to get some NorCal stuff going on this forum as well as Gene has, but the SoCal presence is very strong here. Just too far for me to travel to make it down to you guys. Would love to wheel down south sometime, but it will be rare. Maybe I'll try harder to get the NorCal boys interested in some runs.

I'm just hoping my deals all fund before payday. I have about $700.00 in unfunded deals still pending. If I don't get paid, I won't be able to afford Yellow Jacket. GRRRR!!!!!

I gather you won't be the only one heading this way, plus we have "the other site" to play with. I'm sure between the 3 forums, emails, and texting we can all stay in touch. This really sucks! We had a great group forming and it just seems like JF just threw a grenade in the crowd!

I'm dead serious. I'm planning on making some bonus the first weekend I'm back, and I'll use that money to wheel if my deals don't fund. Bit I hate that my finance department is so weak in getting deals done. You know how often I get to wheel, you think it makes me happy? Again I say GRRRR!!!!

I'm Def hoping so. They have plenty of time to make it happen. Plus I have several appointments for this weekend. Seems like I'm always selling cars when I'm not there. Lol

LOL just look at my post count between the two forums. Granted I joined JF a few months later than WF but still 1000+ here vs. 225 over there. The only reason I even joined over there with a paid membership was for the supposedly good giveaways they used to have which promptly stopped when the original owner sold the forum. Then I only really used it because all the runs were getting planned over there and updates to the posts here were few & far between. Probably 95% of my posts there are in the California section.

I'm on both forums. I spend 99% of my time right here in the california section. Nice people and no egos. Lories runs are truly something you have to experience. The NorCal guys need a boost I don't see a lot of runs but it sure could be built up. Maybe a big meet somewhere in the middle, a north meets south kinda thing.
