Alright folks lets do it again (ROCKY GAP SUNDAY 12-16)

Love this trail. Fairly easy with mild rock climbing in the middle! 32" tires are a plus but stock is ok too. Meet at dunkin doughnuts on charleston/desert foothills drive. This is 10 miles each way . Most Likley run the trail forward and reverse. Or you can drive straight through.

Damn, I'd like to try the whole thing. Wedding in SoCal this weekend though. We did the first mile or two from the Red Rock side with the kids over T-day weekend, perfect weather with the top down.
I've got a 2" lift and Rubicon-size tires, I should be fine eh?

be carefull up there all, cause it is snowing heavy which means that entire pass will be covered. I've heard alot of horry stories about the thinner ledges up there when they are covered in snow.

I am going Saturday too, I will report back. I know the trail pretty well so I think I'll be ok. I don't believe it will snow Saturday so Sunday should look good!

I am out for Sunday on this trail. Way to slippery. Packed snow is giving almost no traction. I watched about 10 jeeps decide to turn around and not risk it. Couple got stuck. I am open for suggestions but anything at elevation is too snowed up!!!
