Well look at what I found today messing with my ground to my cb antenna. I had to remove the tire to get to the bolt.

Do y'all think this would be covered under warranty? Jeeps a 2014 bought November 2013.

Stock tire still? I would think so if it is.

With a stock tire it should be covered but I hear "abuse" is a common excuse to not cover. If not or you don't want to mess with the dealer I have one for sale. PM me if interested.

Well no a stock tire is not on it but I do have my stockers in my garage, I think I'd just tell them I didn't buy a 5th wheel and put my stock one back on.

You should just buy the smittybuilt oversized tire carrier. It's not as stout as the Teraflex hinged piece, but for $100 bucks, it provides enough protection and will also limit the possibility of breaking the welds in the rear gate. BTW, have you checked the welds?

Yeah I didn't see any breakage on the paint. I'm not sure where the welds are exactly. But I have seen the Teraflex video of the welds breaking so I have a good idea, nothing I've noticed though in those areas. Thank you I'll check that out.
