There's a few clubs in town, you might wanna check out desert wranglers. Their a pretty active club. The problem with clubs in Vegas is its a 24/7 town with a wide variety of work schedules. Including myself, I couldn't be in a club because I have a very odd work/social life. I do try to go jeeping at least once a month and I always throw out the invites when possible. I've been MIA for a few weeks now because I just got married. Still learning how to drag the ball and chain around, hahaha! Kidding my wife is awesome, she's down to trail. Let get some rides going, it's a 3day weekend if anyone wants to do some wheelin.

Didn't end up doing any meetups, but I did take my girls camping at Lake Mojave. And the Jeep was a perfect vehicle to get us there. Did a little 2 wheels in the water driving along the shore line at camp, but no pictures. Had the whole cove to ourselves...Good times.

You are right there Greg, it was Hot. But that's nothing a little skinny dipping in the middle of the night couldn't cure. Again we had the whole place to ourselves. There prolly wan't another group of people for 4 or 5 miles.

Though next camp trip will be up in the Mountains. Do you know any good spots off the beaten path? Like 4x4 only or Jeep accessible?

Thanks for the info Loic. I signed up on Las Vegas Off Road to get the rest of the details, but didn't get up in time for the meet up. Instead I ran into Greg in the Cold Creek, crazy day. Ended up doing the Corn Creek, Mormon trail road over the Mountain and out on the other side.

seems you had a good day !!
it was my first time going out with those guy, it was nice, about 20 jeep showed up and a FJ. trail is long (from street about 1.5 / 2 hours) with few slow area (lo gear) but nothing really bad but some large (too me with my 2" lift and 31"s) rocks. I left the river a little bit before the others and on our way back (last 20 minutes) we got into a nice storm, lots of winds, lighting rain... and we were right under the power line... we got soaked as I only have a bikini top, no doors...LOL my daughter was hiding in the back seat with a towel on top of her...

The pics look awesome,I wish that I could have though. I just did not want to attempt with an 11 month old just coming off an ear infection.

The water level looks lower than when I went a while back.

I would not want to be stuck in the wash with rain in the area though.

I have a 1 year but he stayed at home with my wife, sun was way too hot for a baby.

+ 1 for the rain, when my daughter saw the dark cloud coming its when we decided it was time to go. the rocks must be very slippery when wet.
