as much as I want to I am in the middle of building a rear cargo rack for above the spare tire. Be safe and have fun. Also if you are looking for ideas burrows wash a few weeks ago was a blast. The ruts and wash outs that trail has toward the end now make the getting to the water as fun as playing in the water. Heres a link if you dont already know the trail.

I was actually considering burro wash. I did lovell summit road last weekend while the kids napped. I have heard that you can make it from lovell to wheelers without hitting pavement. I just don't remember seeing anything that connects trout canyon to carpenters canyon.

My buddy Dave wants to go, but he needs to be back in the valley by 4. He went with us through potato ridge. He had the white tj with the hemi.

Where do people normally meet on that side of town. How about the McDonalds in Boulder? They have decent sized parking lot.

I bought some new cheap water shoes for the kids so they can play in the water.

Lets say McDonalds @ 9 on Sunday Rolling out by 9:30 using channel 4 This gives the kids/wifes a place to use a clean bathroom before hitting the trail. That plus I can get some sweet tea for a buck.

5 miles from McDonalds to the trail. Trail round trip is 28 miles. Guide book says 3 hours round trip.

Love to get out but I am down for maintenance. Got one TJ flare installed, new battery, cables and ends. So the other flare on the rear and some cutting left to do. Got lazy this afternoon. See you on the next one.

Nice turtle, I guess they are on the move now. Got most all my work done yesterday along with some washing and cleaning on everything we drive. Got a DW trip next week into Arizona a short trail only 17 miles in the dirt Packsaddle Mountain loop should be interesting supposed to be some great views from the top and the ghost town of Chloride.

The flares are in and a whole host of little PIA stuff is now all complete and its the first time I have cleaned he inside I a year. Running great still a host of little stuff to do so I am busy getting it done.

Glad to see you folks had a good trip the weather was choice. See you all soon.
