90 YJ straight 6. Ignition problem

The only way my Jeep will act like it wants to run is if I keep the starter cranking. The minute I relax the key it stops. Got any ideas?

Sounds like its the Ignition switch. Its located on the steering column be hind the part where the key goes in. Ive had two VWs that had the same problem. Tore the column appart and replaced that part and was good to go. BTW posting this in the YJ section will get you more responses.
