Evans Creek

Does anyone know if Evans Creek is open yet? I finally have a day off and will try to go to either Elbe Hills or Evans Creek on Friday if anyone is interested.

Yup, limited opening April 1...most of the trails will still be buried under a ton of snow.

I've been waiting to check out Evan's Creek since we moved to this side of the Sound. I'll try to make it out

If you want to see much of it, you'll want to come out around mid may. You won't get much past the parking lot anytime soon. There are massive amounts of snow up there and the whole area has been gated off since November.

were meeting up at midnight just Sat this weekend. Gates open for the season that night. Were going up with chain saws to cut what we can and go up as far as we can. Lockers and winch are probably a must with the snow. check out the link on NW-wheelers.com

Let us know how it is up there...I might have to take the quads up there on Sunday to do a recon, waiting for good weather to ride those though! Damn non-stop rain!
