Green Dot permit?

Do I need a green dot permit to drive my jeep on green dot roads? I was told I didn't need one where I get my fishing license, but I'm not so sure.

I'm not aware of any green dot permit.
You should have received a land use permit with your fishing license. As far as I know that's the only permit you need to access any Washington public land open to vehicles.
The green dot system is simply a marker system to let you know that a road is open to vehicular traffic.

Too bad I just got this now. I've been roped into going to Vantage today, which is going to be stellar in the rain.

Thanks for the invite.

if you get a chance let me know what it was like I've never been off road in the vantage area. tampico was o.k. it just isn't as much fun when you have to have the top on. and i also found out i really need some better tires.
