Here's an amazing piece of factoid.

If you were able to get a running start at a 1/4mile track where a top fuel dragster was sitting waiting to go and you were able to get up to a top speed of 200mph as you were crossing the line and the dragster launched at that same moment you crossed the line... the dragster would pass you in 3 seconds and you would lose the race.

Nick never truly got stuck. The one time he was stuck he got there trying to pull someone out, cause a certain someone was being stubborn and didn't winch them backwards as was proven to be effective no more than five min prior.

Hmm getting stuck pulling someone, compared to getting stuck do to equipment deficiencies ....... not really the same thing is it. From hence forth this trip will be known as tiregate.

I would have to disagree. Nick got stuck from spinning the tires WAY too much. That is what got him stuck. He should have just left it in neutral and used the winch to pull both jeeps forward. If he'd of done that he would have been just fine.

Or you could of pulled the jku backwards. The time Nick had to winch out was from spinning his tires. The first time we used 100 straps he was never stuck.

Yes, I could have pulled the jku backwards. What's your point?

How? Once the jku was pulled forward he didn't have any troubles going forward again now did he. So what difference does it make which direction he was pulled out?

We proved that several minutes earlier when Levi was stuck and john was long gone.. it was quite effective, as in deep snow the tires turn into snow saws trying to find traction for pulling.. the winch is attached to an anchor essentially and the stuck rig can get a run at the area again..

What matters is it took a lot longer than it should've if you just pulled him back quick and let him run through it again.. I was hardly able to pull him forward anyway.. regardless if I hadn't had to recover him I would've never gotten stuck

Me thinks you are confusing the recoveries. But that's OK. The fact of the matter is jeans needed recovery from his recovery lol
