Looked up how far Tahuya is from Central WA was planning on coming until I realized it was a 4 hour 30 minute trip up there Otherwise I would be all in. Do you guys ever go to the Ellensburg area Untanum, Liberty, Rimrock, Manastash Ridge, Cle Elum Valley Trails? I am cutting my teeth here in Prosser there are endless trails in the valley. Definitely want to stay on the easier trails as my rig is a daily driver.

We wheel in the Wenatchee forest when summer hits. Funny Rocks,Moon Rocks, Raven's Roost, Tripod flats, you name it. Utahaneum is on the short list as well. Can't wait until the snow melts and let's us get over there.

Sounds good Fuel would easily be $250 to $300 for that round trip for me... look forward to you guys hitting Ellensburg. I might bite the bullet and go up there sometime this summer.

You will need a pass. Stop by just about any nearby sporting goods store and pick up a day pass for $11, or an annual pass for $33.

That's the general area of the meetup. Do a search for Safeway right near your pointer and you'll find it.

When you get there, look for a lifted burgundy 07 JKU with soft top and snorkel (Bob), and a stock red 12 JKU with a "SHINY" sticker on the rear window (me).

No problem at all, and while it's kinda sorta Bob's crew, I feel OK saying that you can join up any time.

So what ever happened with you and the missus? Get towed out OK?

And yes, there are pics of you in the water, Anne posted some on FB. I'm sure Ashley was shooting while Rich was pulling you out, I suspect they'll post them here before too long.

We finally got our tow home at 5:00 got the hose and off loaded the TJ. I pulled my tranny pan and drained oil, water, and mud all at the same time, blew the cooler and it lines clean, put in a new filter and add tranny fluid. The shocker it actually drove. Will take it to be flushed out and see if I can avoid a rebuild or new tranny.
Wife wants lockers now! LOL
