Well heres my dilemma, he has a hard top for it (the back glass broke) the soft top has the soft half doors so we cant mount the hard top on it to drive home.. we have a chevy uplander to drive there in... it will need new tires in a few months, which isnt a big problem. Just wouldnt know how to get the hard top back here..

Fold the soft top up and put the hard top on over it and tie the doors on if you have to

Any idea what my Dana 44 with Detroit Locker is worth? And is this a good combination for my 350 SBC?

Dana 44 Rear End with Detroit locker and a Dana 27 closed knuckle with a Quick Lock Locker - both 538 geared.

Just take the soft uppers off the doors and mount it up, or take the doors off completely. Those will fit in the uplander

Also had another question on the VIN, I've looked up a jeep wrangler decoder online and for VIN# Position 6 (Trim level) is '3'. The decoder doesn't have '3' and when I ran the carfax it said it was an Islander. Doesn't look like an islander to me.. anyone know what the 3 means?

No...putting a hard top on takes about 5 minutes at the most. Run the hard top on the way back. The doors will flap a little but it won't be a big problem.

You should be able to fold the soft top down and then put the hard top on. That is the way mine came. Leave the doors on as it is illegal in Washington to run without doors

Not really. You will need to take the door surrounds off. But I think that's it. That is the same way my Jeep came too. But I sold the soft top because it was tattered. Don't do that I wish I didn't.

But nevertheless I don't really know about soft tops because I have never run mine.

EDIT:

Guess the idiot at the bank got it all wrong, the one digit off didn't change anything. Alls well!

So this thread should be called " The Spokane/CDA Area containment thread" instead of "Spokane/CDA Area monthly meets". Just a thought lol
Done.

Good question. I don't see us being able to go anywhere other than 7 Mile unless we do some sort of trail ride.

There is 20+ feet of snow at around 7000 ft over here. It would be nice to have a few winches if we were to hit it.

If someone wants to buy me a winch I'd be more than willing to hook it up to my Jeep and pull some people out.

Oh and John, that was me in the blue Forester yesterday on base when you were backing out into the street and I came bolting out from the VM parking area. I guess I should have been paying more attention to what you were doing rather than checking out your Jeep. LOL.

One of the covers was slightly off on my daylighters. It REALLY bothered me lol

You would think so lol, got it for 3850. Gas gauge don't work. And it turns out it is an islander! The graphics paint is faded. Has one dent in the front but my cousin can pull it. Steering is loose on the freeway.

There is a standing rule on this forum and I think that you should be made aware of it here and now....

Pics or it didn't happen.
