You could strong arm the clip out with a chisel and a BFH if you think it's stuck in there.

If you think it is stuck I wouldn't waste my time with the dremel and pliers. I would get a small chisel and a very large hammer and with a few good whacks straight down, drive it out. I would position the chisel so that the edge is perpendicular to the clip near one of the ends and give it a couple of very hard whacks. Also try and stay closer to where the metal is thicker on the shaft as to avoid bending or breaking things.

In the valley, ok. The air base is on the edge of airway heights.

I'm not poor. And I don't talk sh*t. I simply make observations and bring them forward.

totally off topic, but in a few months, or when it gets warmer. would anyone be willing to buy my soft top? 100 complete. top, all windows, windshield header, tailgate bar, tailgate bar brackets, door surrounds, bolts, everything. for super cheap, like 150. only thing wrong is the rear window is missing the zipper pull (as you may have noticed on the trip, i had it taped in) but you can get a replacement pull for like 2 bucks if that.
