Well I found a center on CL, it's 300 bucks but it looks like it has a locker, doesnt mention a locker just says 4:86 gears 28 spline axles, looks like a nodular iron housing too

No. That is what it is "rated" for which means anything up to 13.5 tons is within the safe operating range. The breaking strength is probably closer to 15 tons.

Doh. I made a mistake. The one I have is a 10 ton and not a 13.5 ton. Still, that's 20,000lbs rated capacity. CSI does make a 13.5 ton snatch block though.

Dunno man, I don't know why these are rated 3 times more than yours.

Probably because mine might be for lift.. safe working load in tons x 2200 lbs x4 or 5 for tinsel strength

Yours looks cast where as the one I have is stamped steel. I think that is where the strength difference is coming from.

It's not racist, the clear gummies are obviously the best tasting. Makes sense to me.

They have another like mine but wll of 3.5 tons for 30 bucks.. im pretty sure its a lift rating so for pulling mine would be rated at 40-50k.. thr other one would be 30-38.5k
