What lift did you say it had? I remember you saying something earlier but I'm too lazy to search for it at the moment.

Yeah i wasn't thinking right at the time, lack of sleep plus finding out about that (above) really had my mind elsewhere. I was associating the name on the shocks with the type of lift. lol

The language is OK as long as you continue to * out some of the letters. Start putting in the complete words and we'll have an issue.

But ya, they need to take all these crazies and drop em off on a deserted island with no food or tools or anything............from 40,000 ft without a parachute.

This will be the third or fourth time i've said this to you today Chris, but I like the way you think.

Btw, I think we scared Mitch off because he sure isn't chiming in anywhere.

If I had a yj I'd be doing this too...

I'm not going to get into the whole YJ - TJ thing. I've owned both and I still wish I had my YJ.

Maybe I can sell the Dodge for about $8000 or so and put all that into the Jeep and find a Cummins engine later on to swap in.

That would be sweet.

I'm not actually Jeepist* I just like to shake things up a bit.

*Jeepist (G-pissed)- One who discriminates against the Age, make, and/or model of a Jeep. Most common offenders are seen driving a Jeep that was made between 1987 and 1995.

We are all Jeepist when it comes to the lesser "Jeeps," such as Liberty's, Patriots, Etc. I commonly refer to them as Dodge Liberty's, Dodge Patriots, Etc.

In the end I'd rather go through the PITA effort and know exactly what's been done to it. If I have problems down the road I know more of where to look since I did the installation myself. Not to say that having someone else do it for you is wrong. It certainly is a hell of a lot easier, but I don't really trust POs ability when it comes down to it. :/

I would probably rather go that route too.. but i wanted to at least one pocket with some cash in it.. i know i'd either end up putting way too much into it or do very little to it and be sad

I've done a project before, replacing the rear end of an S10 and even though some of it was a pain, it was fun in the end and i felt accomplished

Today was the first time I had been back out to 7 Mile since last months meet.

So with the recent snow dump we had a couple of weeks ago do you see a reason for us to check out Compressor later this month?

Even though it's been pretty warm this last week I wouldn't be surprised if Compressor is still a mess. If this weather keeps up I'd say it'd be worth a look at the beginning of April. *shrug*
