You realize the drive there and back is gonna be a good 1-2 hours each way.

I just don't like the idea of the tired drive back for safety reasons. If that's what we do I'm down

there is 2 ft of snow in my yard. Last year there was 0. So those who went last year know how it was. Pinehurst has been getting hit with snow a month before we have. The mountains here turned white the last of October. Couldn't even see it last year from here. They are already grooming trails for snow mobiles and we can't use those trails. Mainly the reason I havent been pushing hard on the FB page which is a effin joke anyways.

So I have no clue where to go. shame everything is catered to damn snowmobiles. I guess the state is making some money from them.

Well we need to decide so everyone can plan accordingly.. seems most of Idaho is out then? So either we do a snowy 3 rock or somewhere in Idaho

does anybody run staun internal beadlocks that can give me some skoolin'? I just bought a yj out of montana that has these (in all 5 tires!) and I am going to be driving it back to spokane this week, just hoping they are acceptable at 55 or 60 mph?

Don't see why they wouldn't be.. just make sure the tires are at a proper pressure. HMMWV's use similar and are driven that fast

They could barely get to nude beach and that's fully locked and aired down

Basically the only feasible option at this point is 7 mile for the hang over run

I'm sure none of you want to hear that but it's either "wheel" 7 mile or do nothing. I purpose we still meet up at Lukes around 8:30 with a departure time around 9. Plan on getting there around 9:30 and meeting up in the parking lot for those who choose to not convoy. Please let us know if you plan to attend, as we will wait up for you at the parking lot.
Be mindful that a discovery pass is required for entry, and they are about 30/yr or 10/visit.

Ehh I don't know that place very well at all, I'd prefer not to. It's further out of the way and Mike is only person i know of who is familiar with it, and he's doing the hang over run.. plus I'm not sure what the snow will be like

I'd rather spend my day at the junk yard or shooting myself in the foot than at 7mi.

Well we could do rathdrum mt, I know the trails up there or we could check out chilco, its nothing crazy but its a nice trail system that follows the power lines and such, just a thought
