At work. I work for tipke manufacturing. Precision sheet metal fab shop. One of our specialties is tube bending. We have mandrel bending capability up to 3".

I do 90% ot my fab work at work on days off or at lunch time.

I need an f250 front end, just for the brakes

But then that means new wheels and tires and then I'd want to do a ff rear end. The list goes on and on lol

Well if I was staying with my current setup I'd run 15s as the tires are cheaper, but 37s will probably find their way on my Jeep within the next year or so

What brakes you running that will fit 15's with full size axles? Was one of my thoughts when swapping to a 44 was to redrill bolt pattern to keep my 15's for now. What i have been told is 15's wont fit.

Starting to think i need to just get another jeep for the mellows and go all out with 60's for this one. Probably cheaper in the long run.

Never ever run a rear d60. They are the d35 of the full float world.

1/2 ton brakes fit fine with 15s, 3/4 ton brakes need 17s

And yes, d60 rear only if it's already geared appropriately, set up for your Jeep exactly and the person is paying you a grand to take it off their hands lol
