8600lbs and 1200 ftlbs of torque to the wheels mighta done it. But you dig those tires in too far to where there's just a vertical wall in front of them and yeah it's gonna take quite a bit to get unstuck.

We had more than 8600lbs pulling on him combined. Like i said we were side by side pulling. Your truck would have surely been a big help but i doubt you would have pulled him yourself. He was stuffed. Surprised me we couldnt get him pulling side by side. We were smacking him pretty hard.

Nice, looks like your having fun.

Mine is starting today to..... Just fired it up for about 30 seconds to pull it in the garage. Moved about 10', got the nose barley through the door and it died as something hit the garage floor...... I've never seen a push rod fall out of a motor lol. Turns out the oil pan is about ripped in half and the side of the block is blown out at the bottom. So now its a bare min of buying a short block.

Ya id say the motor was on its way out. This is a pile of metal shavings i pulled out of the anti-freeze, plus it was full of oil.

And axle getting ready for mock up.

Not much exciting progress. Mostly cleaning and painting parts today.
