If we can make it an early run I can go. Plus it needs to be something my super stock TJ can handle! I volunteered to do some charity work and need to be back in town by at least 3:00 PM.

I could care less where we go, the catch is.......I don't know where to go Ha Ha!

I'm not familiar with any place local, so maybe 7 mile is best. I could do a morning run.

Well I'm up for a little exploring. Or maybe even if these guys don't want to/can't go they could steer us in the right direction?

Fella's?

It's difficult to explain where good trails are at 3 rock.. you kinda have to go up there with someone who knows it a few times to remember that place

Can you not get good forest service maps around here? And what about that 4th of July pass? Thought I heard something decent about it.

Never tired, 3 rock is on inland paper company land, dunno if they have maps.. I know they allow offroad vehicles there but if it starts getting too torn up they'll close it

AX-15 Clutch Slipping

My clutch is slipping. Changed the fluid with synthetic & no help. Any recommendations for a clutch? I'd like to go AW-4. Anyone replaced a clutch in a driveway/garage? Anyone have a lift?

I'm down with that or 7-mile. I say we just make a decision. Can sandaholic make it through 3-rock there in a stock TJ? Are there enough go-arounds and meet up points?

I'd also prefer to head out in the morning.

I did mine in my garage with an extra set of hands. It wasn't bad.

I bought this clutch, the LUK 05-065

luk 05-065 | Partsgeek.com

The only bad part is that some of the kits come with a throwout bearing with a plastic inner sleeve. I bought a solid, all metal TO bearing from O'Reilly's for another $40.

If it's not friendly to stocky TJ on 31's then I'll just catch you guys next time. Or if you don't mind Ian, I could roll with you.

From what im told 3 rock is fine for anything really. If he wants to go we will get him through or out of whatever we get into.

Im not going to 7 mile if thats where you guys want to go. Looking for a bit more of a challenge and something different.

I'm new to the area and not even sure exactly where 3 rock is. I'm willing to meet up anywhere. Do you have a suggestion?
