Over 5000lbs? You actually weighed it, cause that seems pretty damn heavy.

I agree, I don't even think mine weighs that much. Not to mention lift height would only be affected by sprung weight..

Pretty sure cjs weigh a lot less than yjs.. smaller frame, narrower body

I got nothing against yotas. Just ran into too many that are so negative about jeeps.

Pretty sure it was a log. Disappointing but part of the game, I guess. In other news, nick has apparently mastered witchcraft.

It shouldnt need them. Same springs and shackles i have been running. Have actually used those shackles since i did the spring over a year ago. Shouldn't make a difference with the axle unless i am missing something.
They are longer than stock.

5 bucks at the junk yard =) also cheaper is better...easier to replace a hub lock out then an axle shaft or u joint. I think luke and nic are running the super winch hubs

I'm running superwinch, luke is running warn, premiums I think... or he was? I dunno.. but the first set he bought stuck out a fair amount and he actually busted part of one.. didnt break internally, just didnt hold up to a rock hit.

The superwinch dont stick out much, so I like them. They've held up great so far.. but yes I agree, build in a fuse in your drivetrain, cheapest and easiest to replace is always best

Levi, when would be a good time to drop the Jeep off at your shop? Gonna tear the tcase apart.. thinking about it some more I actually think I have front output shaft bearing issues..

I'm also going to retorque my head down.. and replace heater hoses and flush my heater core.. or replace it again.. my heater doesn't do shit and it pisses me off.. so much shit to do

I certainly dont want them that stick out. My wheels are 5 1/2 backspace so the hubs are almost hanging out anyway.
Got warn premiums on it now but they are trashed and dont work well. They came with my $100 axle so no loss.

Ya i like them. Its narrow. The axle ended up 1" wider than the 30 was and with these wheels they are tucked nicely.
Clear my tie rods by about 1/8".
