WA OHV Permit?

I live in SW WA and am wondering what sort of permit I need to wheel on public lands. Google isn't helping too much. I have it figured out for OR, but they will honor a WA permit. Can anyone give me advice on what type or permit I need and where I can pick one up? I assume the local auto license location.

Thanks!

Discovery pass is the main one you will need it cost 30$ for one year and is good for two rigs. Also if you want to go wheeling in tillamook state forest OHV park you will need the oregon ohv sticker it cost 10.50$ for two years.

Thanks. OR says it will honor WA permits. Is that different for Tillamook?
