WA State Laws

Recently found this list of stuff required by law in WA. Do any of you break some of these? The bumper one is interesting, I guess that makes stingers illegal.
Have any of you ever been bothered by State Patrol or local cops cause of stuff like this?
Bear94: "Hey just remember. No one ever really grows up."
GoldenSahara00: "That is some Peter Pan wonderland stuff right there ^"
99Wrangler4x4: "Inside joke sigs! GENIUS!"

GoldenSahara00: "I beat up a few bigger kids back in HS "

The majority of those are obscure enough that most cops don't care. I ran without flares for three years with no harassment. I've run with no front plate since I bought the Jeep in '06 with no issues.

Sure, stingers may be illegal by the letter, but as long as you're not being an @$$hole they will leave you alone.
