Do you have full coverage insurance? If so call your agent. Geico sends the glass repair/replacement service to wherever my JK is located.

I went to speedy glass for a new windshield on my jk. Under $300 and has lifetime rock chip repair included. In most cases, it's less than your deductible so insurance isn't even worth looking into if you don't have glass coverage.

Thanks. So speedy glass is where to go. This is for our 2nd wrangler so not yet insured, since we have to fix some other stuff to pass the emmission test. (We went out bought this one mainly for the hardtop and full doors). We may have to sell it back later. My husband kinda not deciding it yet, since the engine is running really good.
Thanks again. Will check with Speedy Glass.

You could also check safelite, even just for comparison. They basically do the same thing. They came and fixed a rock chip in my TJs windshield a couple months back. Insurance covered it.

Windshield Replacement Cost

Bringing my new 2012 Wrangler Unlimited home from Dave Smith in CDA, ID, shattered windshield with less than 50 miles on odometer. Safelite runs about $280 for PPG glass, $450 for real Jeep glass (with logo) and that is at their shop, not home. www.windshieldstogo.com is $227 at your house, PPG glass.

Lesson for everyone, don't blame wife for driving too close to trucks when glass got broken. Rest of trip to central WA was really chilly after that. Wonder why?
