1st time

This morning was a first in my house.....kissed Frank goodbye at 5:30am as he headed out the door for our club run at Rausch Creek.....the sad part is that I'm not going. Nope - I'm being the Mom & cheerleader today. I'm driving to Atlantic City for a martial arts tournement where my son is a participant. Those days of watching him have grown far & few between.....never missed a high school football game (I loved those) so it was a pretty easy decision. Frank would be driving me, but he forgot the date and committed to leading a trail, so.......

I'm not complaining, we had a wheeling frenzy this month with 3 trips out....I'm lucky

plus we have a weekend trip to the Adirondack mountains next month

he won a 1st, 2nd & 3rd in the events he entered then got whooped for Grand Champion in sparring. He brought 3 of his students with him and one placed 1st in his division.
I will admit to you: they came up a week before the tournement....young men in their mid 20's.... my personal opinion: too much partying not enough sleep (but they didn't ask me )

That's great! Oh, and the partying thing, you HAVE to say that, you're his mother!

If you have to ask what it is or what it does, you don't need it, and you will need help to install it!

Yeah, Kat I don't think it's in a mom's makeup to say that their kid just parties the right amount. Hell i'm almost 30 and live 1200 miles from my mom and I still hear about it.
