Advice on first Jeep Purchase

First post on this thread so enter at your own risk.

My first car was a 2006 bmw 325i and that thing has cause me some huge issues, so as I moved from oklahoma to california I decided it was time to sell it and move on to better/cheaper things.

Right now I'm looking for either an e30 bmw or a TJ for college. I know those cars have nothing in common, but they are both fun, relatively cheap cars that hold their value well.

Seeing that I have 6-7k to spend I was thinking a mid milage TJ would be my best bet. Hoping to find a 4.0L.
Just recently I found one for sale which looks clean to me, the seller seems to praise how perfect it is, but I feel like the price is suspiciously low for such a low mileage TJ.

Are there any red flags you guys see in the listing? Or anything I should look for when I go see it in person?
1997 Jeep Wrangler Low Mileage and Clean Title
This is my first jeep, so any comments or suggestions would be appreciated!
