It's unfortunate that I have to defend myself everywhere I go. Just wanted to come over here and wish Kate the best of luck, and I see all this. Kinda bummed me out. It's got all the mirrored stainless steel and all the bling, because I take it to car shows to promote the Word of God. And it's taken me over 8 years to get it like this, as I am a law enforcement officer that doesn't get paid a whole lot. As far as a mall crawler, you couldn't be further from the truth. I wheel the heck out of this thing and I'm having a blast with it. With all the negativity surrounding this MetalCloak poll, I'm real close to just asking MetalCloak to pull the plug on it if there are going to be people cheating and bashing each other. That's not what this is supposed to be about and I feel the same way Kate does. If I win, I want it to be fair, and if it can't be fair, I don't want any part of it. Good luck and God bless.

I agree completely.
Don't let it bother you when folks say things about your rig. It's obvious that you have put a lot of heart, soul and busted knuckles into it. I'm not a religious person but I HAVE built one real show truck in my lifetime and I can truly appreciate how much money and hard work goes into a project like that.

I get the same thing from some of my wheelin buddies calling mine a "baby Jeep" and a "Mall crawler" I just try to ignore it. I know that it does exactly what I want it to and it's just what I want it to be. Nothing else matters.

Thank you for the good wishes and right back at ya!

Well considering there are like 40,000 members on WF, I would hope more than .004373% of them ( or 1 in every 230 roughly) would vote. I mean this thread is just sitting here begging for help :P

The current score is 250 to 178 with Ajax (#14) trailing.
I'm currently 72 votes behind, losing like crazy, but you know what?
178 people - took the time out of their lives and voted for MY Jeep. How freaking cool is that!!
Thanks everyone, ya'll are awesomel, I may not win the fenders, but I still "won" !

A positive attitude like that means a lot. Remindes me that even on bad days there is something good. Thanks. I have to keep that in mind next time I don't see the silver lining.
