Here she is, all cleaned up and looking pretty.

I picked up a speed loader, a box of .357 hollow points and a box of .38 special to get acclimated to it. Loving this thing!!

Mr Sinister..It looks great.
I've got a Ruger Police Six 357. It's an older model but I like it alot. I've had it quite a few years. Got the combat grips on it too. Just got a new Galco leather holster for it, very difficult to get because it's an older model.

Thanks, I've wanted this gun for a good while now. These GP100s might be the best revolvers for the money being made.

That statement is a bit of a stretch. I don't disagree that the GP100 is a great gun but BEST for the money...Hmmm.

Uberti Cattleman, Heritage Rough Rider, LCR and the 460XVR should get honorable mentions.

Sorry the Magnum Research BFR in 45/70 too.

Sorry. I should just stay out of this.

oops, sorry for thread hijack/hijinks.

LOVE your gp100! i've dug that gun since i first saw it in the late 80s.
always looked like the sturdiest .357 i've ever seen, built like a tank.

Going by what all the magazines and websites said, is part of the reason I chose this gun. Not to mention Ruger being a great company to deal with if you have a problem.

It's all good. I mean, who doesn't want their own action figure!! I have one of R. Lee Ermey that talks, and has his autograph on the box.

It's got a great weight and feel to it, that's for sure. In my opinion, better than the S&W at about the same price. The Colt Python was maybe a little better, but a lot more expensive.

You won't have any problems.

I was just giving you a hard time.

I have seen far to many to pick one of the best for the money. But you chose one that is definitely on my list.

Did you look at the S&W 686 in stainless? I've got one and it's my favorite revolver in my collection.

Try the 357's with the N frame, even better specially with the larger grip.

I did as a matter of fact, they had one at the same place I bought my Ruger. Definitely a good gun, but I liked the looks and the feel of the Ruger just a little better. The price was almost identical as I recall it.
