I'm watching the news, and here in SoCal the news involves all the morons on TV every morning, so American Idol is the topic of discussion. I'm seeing this morning that the show has wound down to the finale and I noticed something disturbing... the fans they interviewed this morning are guys. Guys with signs covered in pictures. Um. The two finalists are men. And there are a group of guys over in LA sporting signs with pictures and dare I say, glitter.
What makes a guy go out and purchase poster board and markers, print out pictures from the internet, cut them out, arrange, and glue? A guy should only be doing this for either a school assignment, a protest, or a sporting event. And for the last two, the sign shall be made from objects found around the house. Flattened beer boxes or that cardboard you use to lay under the car.
I'm sorry. The only fans of this show should be 13 year old girls, and if you are a fan and a man, at the very least do NOT make a sign. For the love of God. No signs. No pictures. And hide your face when the TV camera pans your way.
From what I heard on the news last night, one of the finalists is a wee bit light in the loafers. Maybe what you saw were his fans there to support him...or hoping for a date...

Arguing with a truck driver is like wrestling with a pig in mud, eventually you realize the pig enjoys it.
I saw it last night for the first time & couldn't get over the one guy wearing eye liner mascara & nail polish,I mean....he had a good voice but to me make up on a guy just isn't right
Contra, the word is "Gay" anymore,it's not "queer"
i agree no "male" should ever wear makeup or nail polish, i wouldn't call him a guy
it is an insult to guys everywhere
but he is a better vocalist than Kris no matter what
Kris' voice is kinda annoying anyway
