Benchmade is the best. My very favorite knife was a benchmade. Was my do all, until my woman lost it.

I've got a ka-bar just to have one. Sharp as hell. I can shave with it. But my all time favorite is my buck. Wood grain. Folds. About a 3.5-4" blade. That knife has some sentimental value to me. Carry it everyday.

I like knives! My favorite are victorinox pocket knives, I also have a ka-bar just to have one (though it has come in very useful a few times), and some old schrade pocket knives my grandfather used to carry, a bayonet an uncle brought back from ww2 (dunno what kind of rifle it was for) and all kinds of others. I just wish I was good at sharpening...

YES, I like my knives...
I prefer MicroTech over Benchmade but its just my personal preference. I have had some nice Benchmade knives also. I currently have 6 Microtech automatics that I rotate through my EDC.
Same with watches and weapons... Prefer H&K over Sig and Panerai over Rolex (or anything else for that matter).

Love knives. I'm a Case collector and carry a Benchmade at work everyday. Carry case when I'm off tho.

I'm a fan of SOG. Got a Flash 2 a few years back that I keep with my shooting gear.

On the other hand I have an old buck folder that I have had since 99'.

Neither knife ever let me down when i need to cut through something.

I kind of want a Kabar Tanto bladed knife though. Just because I love the look of them.

I have a small obsession with knives and my collection is growing every week.

Most recent purchase was a Gerber Paracord Fixed Blade:
Bear Grylls Paracord Fixed Blade

Already on my 3rd paracord re-string. I can't decide which color I like the best

Slightly off topic but Bear Grylls is coming out with another tv series shortly. Reminds me a lot of a friend of mine: Les Stroud, from Survivorman.

I just picked up this:

at Garrett Wade online. I always carry a SOG assisted opening knife too. I use my pocket knife more than any other tool I own. I have 3 more in the queue in case of breakage, loss, or forgetfulness. That credit card knife cost around $22 and I have a spare of that too.

My Daily carry knife:

My "Sunday Go To Meeting" Knife. An original Masters of Defense Series Ayoob Razorback refitted with genuine Ivory by Gary Lollar.

My "Serious Work Time" Knives

A Classic, original Gerber Guardian. This knife has been in my possession for somewhere in the neighborhood of 30+ years:

I have one of those. I took it from a kid that tried to rob me in Chicago over 30 years ago. Never try to rob the garbageman with anything less than a gun. I beat him senseless with the shovel that hung on the side of the truck and I got a nice souvenir out of his efforts.

My EDC varies quite a bit depending on where I am going and what I will be doing. Everything from normal daily use to going to a wedding.

Leatherman Skeletool in the Jeep.

And the one I'd most likely have on my person is the Spyderco Military.

This was not a new purchase as I have owned the knife for many years, but it did receive an upgrade with some genuine ivory grip panels.

Benchmade griptillian in blaze orange for me. It looks more utilitarian with the orange handle for work.

I also carry a flat ground delica from spyerco some too.
