though I stick to PC gaming, MMORPG's mainly (SWTOR & EQ at the moment; have played many others). My 16yo son hogs the PS3.

Not a hardcore gamer, but I have some favorites. Hard not to be at least a mild gamer when you work in an office that makes games!

Favorites on the console:

Red Dead Redemption
GTA
CoD
Batman Arkham Asylum / City / etc

And my old vice on the PC: Civilization (I try to limit my time on it these days, since it's highly addictive!)

I also have a fondness for the older PC games I grew up with, particularly the old text based Zork games. And all that old Maxis sim stuff. And a bunch of old sci-fin games from the early 90s. And a love-hate relationship withn Myst.

Just got back from a week of working at E3, providing IT support at our company's booth. Good times. Third year working it, definitely looking forward to some of the stuff showcased there this time around. Our booth was wedged in between two of my favorite booths--Activision and Warner Brothers. Both have some good stuff ahead!

E3 awesome looking forward to seeing more trailers for uncharted 4. And Red Dead was amazing. Ending had me full of emotion.

Seriously, what a great story. Kudos to Rockstar. And the scenery! On days when I can't get out to the desert during the week, RDR at least gives me a flavor of that until I can.

Batman Arkham Knight is probably what I liked most at E3 this year. I'm a total sucker for comic book games, though.

Graphics have come a long way that's for sure. Scenery in games can be absolutely breathtaking. I have arkham city still in the package, have not had a chance to even open it. Life gets in the way sometimes.

It was a turn based tank game. Used to play it for hours lol. You took turns firing different kinds of weapons at each other.

Lol the title pretty much speaks for itself. I still have the older systems and games. Very nostalgic.

Wish I still had my NES lol. Grew up playing mostly consoles. Had my NES all the way until I got a PS1 lol. And even then the PS1 had been out for awhile. Mostly play PC games now.

And that's weird, the pic disappeared

I was completely addicted to snes then like you the ps1 came out and blew me away. From resident evil to metal gear to grand turismo. Changed my life(well my gaming life) and I've stuck to playstation. I have had the xbox and 360 just for platform games like gears of war but I'm extremely partial to playstation.

I acquired an old NES about a year ago. I've had to replace the 72-pin connector and power supply, but she runs like a champ now. I had a PS1, but after Resident Evil and Silent Hill I pretty much lost interest...

Metal Gear Solid is the greatest series ever. I sold my PS4 and XBox One, so unfortunately I will miss when the new MGS comes out.
