I agree, open discussion on complicated topics is part of what made this country. If we all had the exact opinion on everything then we'd be just like......well, we'd be like somebody, just can't think of who.
Some folks just can't take prdding like others can, you have to have thick skin sometimes. I disagree with personal attacks though, they have no place in any forum unless that's what that forum was made for.

Then you should try bacon on your pizza! My favorite is italian sausage, pepperoni, american bacon & fresh garlic. It's best to have the meats on top of the cheese so they get a little crispy and the garlic under the cheese so it doesn't burn.
Oh believe me, I always have the bacon on my pie. Your description is close to mine but I also like pinapple on mine and on thin crust.

If it's gonna be thin crust... then it's got to be crunchy thin. There was a place down south called Simple Simon's Pizza. They had a crust so thin it was almost like a cracker! The pizza wasn't spectacular but that crust was awesome!

Yes, lived in NYC for nearly four years, left six weeks after 9/11.

If I want salty, cheap overpriced cheese there are other places.

Any good Chicago pizza in the airport in Chicago?, got a short layover next week.
I think Pizzeria Uno in in O'Hare. They have a couple of locations there. Not a cool as the downtown location but the pie is as good.

You say that, now that it has moved to pizza. Good move.

We've turned it into a pizza debate.
So I must say
My home cooked pizza is the best
